@Clay Owens you bring up a good point about servicing the internet, all 3 of my accounts are Business and runs about $114/month. but i have one property that for some reason looses connection every now and then ( i think it has to do with the wireless router i have there) but all it takes is for me to log onto the routers website where i can reboot the router, and that has always done the trick. some times i know before the property manager contacts me because i will lose connection to the thermostat and that always sends me a warning email when it does.

I dont know what brick is exactly, seems like decorative lightweight concrete to me, or why it would need to breathe, but I had a 1970’s house that was sided in “cheap mexican clay bricks” per my inspector who had a bs in engineering from A&m.
