Ask a couple questions to figure out if it's just a breaker or loose trap.Basically treat our property more like you would your own and I may hire a PM.

Per my attorney, this should be a deal breaker if the seller isn't willing to remove.

The FHA loan is great for people with any credit issues or to maximize getting the lowest interest rate, however, I have read in a tight market that FHA can be a deal breaker as the seller would prefer something which can close quicker.

It's not a deal breaker for me if it's just uneven floors due to a poor installation job, because I need a place to live and I can deal with the minor trip hazard until I can get it fixed. 

It is supremely important that a disinterested third party holds the earnest money.I would go so far as to say this should be a deal breaker if the seller refuses to budge.
