Honestly, those are goals I want to have.

Every investor  has a different risk tolerance, comes from a different financial situation and has different financial goals.

Unfortunately, this is the end result in many instances when purchasing in lower barrier markets whether through a turn key provider or on your own  and the question of who will buy this property when you choose to sell is rarely given the time it deserves. 

With your experience and a clear goal to build wealth and transition into multifamily commercial properties, you're on the right path.

You are correct Stephen, that is why I said there is a process involved with it with the end goal of termination letter.

Long term goal is to continue building my portfolio of investment properties. 

If the goal is to refinance within the next couple of years it could make sense.
