Property's Listing Agent is listed on their Brokerage site as Associate BrokerSeller/owner of property is listed on same Brokerage site as Licensed Agent.

This is definitely within some qualified expertise of a CCIM, mba commercial broker or owner of a local brokerage. 

Will this stand up in the court of law, where an agent could not claim to get a brokerage fee on the other property, because I signed an exclusive agreement with them? 

I am a licensed agent under a certified brokerage and we buy the home and then sell the homes to the flippers/renters and take care of the transaction,  clear and marketable title transfer.
