Every deal I've seen go bad is because of a bad contractor.

That could be a really great deal in 38122 or it could be a really bad deal in a rough part of town.

If there are any known issues(even as simple as a bad $7 shutoff valve) you will not be permitted to turn on utilities.

Not all bad as some would make it sound but it a'int all good either.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.
