The debt is at 16 trillion,unemployment is at about 8.3% but that is because many have given up on looking for work so the actual number is much worse.In addition if you fact check the DEMO's assertion that 4.5 million jobs were created between 2008 and now they say that is correct.

@Katie DouglasWhile I would agree with the latter recommendations in your initial post - these are good recommendations for anybody getting started, not just young professionals - I have to strongly disagree with your earlier assertions.

Any judge would see not including the manufacturer as an admission that their assertion was disingenuous on its face.

There's an immense amount of intrinsic satisfaction that comes along with providing hardworking people, great apartments; apartments that are better than what the market says their money should buy (if I may be so bold as to assert that...)  

What other assert has intrinsic value, predictable appreciation, and people will help you pay for it, i.e.
