Arguably each serves a different sub market.

If these scammers lack sense enough not to attempt the same scam ploys with you Jay, arguably the 'most famous' lender, developer and contributor on this entire site, I can't imagine what they do to the new person without even a completed profile.I get them every now and then.

Sandwiched between the two main density areas with arguably the most access to public transport yet empty lot after empty lot slowly turning into small patches of urban prairie.

This is fantastic for the marketplace and arguably is good for the investor, but it is not what is in the best interest of the sponsor.  

It's in these type of 3rd party ownership solar programs where, while there is still a cost savings benefit to the buyer, appraisal value is arguable and divided among appraisers. 

Because if not, then your response was arguably: "less than helpful"...

For instance, if you could sell the home today for $200k and the land is worth $30k, then the materials are arguably $170k less land improvements and foundational components.

Now if you define failure as a permanent state of a lack of success, then I think its arguable.
