I want to give them a benefit of doubt, but I wonder how often you had a list of 10000 prospects, a power dialer to call 2000 numbers a day and speak with those you were connected to (approximately 200 prospects per day_, and still got only 3 unmotivated seller leads in 5 business days?

Estimate there is $280K-290K equity in the properties.

Do these numbers and estimations seem reasonable?

The most recent estimates I have received was for $110K for a studio conversion of an existing space and $180K for a 3/1 conversion of an existing space.

I have a paid off rental (approximate value $150k) that I was wanting to use the equity as a down payment on another rental house purchase ($200k purchase price).
