I'm not sure how fair housing applies, but I'm curious about using this strategy to maximize the rent amouny by allowing prospective tenants to submit offers of rent for a property.I ask this question as I am unable to find the "search" bar for the forums on the BP mobile app -_-Thanks!

(I'm using an app called deal check for my calculations so I apologise if this is obvious in the bigger pickets calculators.)

Thank you for your input, i may try out both Podio and Excel for a bit just to see which one i like, past hour i spent a few minutes creating some simple apps in podio under a new workspace to input properties to do the calculations for me.

Am I the only one who would like to have the BP calculators available on the iPhone / iPad apps, not just the computer version?

Sorry John, I had been using the BP app which wasn't allowing me to see that anyone has replied to my posts.I am interested in duplexes, I may even live in one unit while renting the other.
