So I hired a new bookkeeper with the Vice President knowing who handles the books because the Vice President states other treasures and bookkeepers have stolen money and I have been accused of stealing from the owner with 5 units,even though i send all the owners bank statements and explanations of charges the other 4 owners dont even come or respond to the meetings.

Seems to be personal information that a Court would accuse you of having the "upper hand" in an unbalanced transaction.

Word got out to his employees and they now refuse to work in the house bc of the black mold accusation and he is blaming me saying that the project didn't need to be stopped and i shouldn't be making accusations that there is black mold when he believes it is just algae. either way.. i want an inspection because i know i have to disclose all this when i sell and want to cover myself and obviously give the buyer a mold free home.

I then made a motion to have them remove the documented information that we had "interfered with parking enforcement" considering its not a real policy and that it is unlawful to document such accusations and opinions without facts dialogue corroboration and it seems to me they are building a caee against me that they can later use to target or retalliate if they werent doing so already.... it is not in any of the by laws of the cc&r or parking policies..They denied my request to erase the false accusation of interference and assured me the only person to see that record was the secretarys file cabinet..which i called BS because clearly the last parking vioaltion notice i had received the volunteer parking enforecement had hand written down on the notice that my fiance had interfered with the towing of a neighbors car.. at this point i feel powerless i feel i am getting targetted and retalliated against. which by the way is against the law.. ive saved every document letter and issuance they have sent me. so hopefully it doesnt persist...i feel we need a set of checks and balances cause in my opinion this is starting to clearly look like the HOA is overstepping there powers and not lawfully following their fiduciary duties...

You're not doing anything wrong.I once had a woman call me up and accuse me of stalking her and her children on the grounds that there was NO WAY I could have possibly known she wanted to sell her house.  

I however would like to defend us against the accusations made.

Not sure what you mean by "caught the realtor in a lie," as that is a serious accusation, and, if true, should be cause for termination right there.
