It's this:Find properties with basement apartments or carriage houses out back.Get a long-term renter in the smaller of the spaces.Because tenants are allowed to Airbnb their "primary residence" (which is considered the entirety of that property) with landlord permission, the tenant gets the license and makes you a co-host.

Can't move in until Dec 26.I've asked both to provide references, confirm yes or no to having a co-signer on their lease, asked if they would consider pre-paying any rent in advance (to be held in escrow and deducted each month), and asked if they will be getting renter insurance.
