My fiance is attending a conference for work.

1) Communicating with property mangers on tenant issues, vacancies, etc. 2) Listening to/Attending Webinars regarding real estate investing3) Driving for dollars4) Searching MLS and online for on-market deals5) Working on the business's social media accounts 6) Posting and reading through real estate forums (Such as this one) for real estate purposes (finding deals, educational purposes, etc.)

You can get creative with the terms and even throw in some real care like if they attend classes or group then X.

I have attended a few of their trainings which I thought were great. 

I am closing this one in a month, and I'll try again.But, I don't need the money bad enough to do it with 3 people in the class, thus the minimum attendance.

While you're saving, continue to do research and attend RE events to build your network and foundation.Best wishes! 

I would start with maybe 300k and buy a house for LTR in a nice location, Get a  reputed PM who can rent out, attend REI meetings and meet similar wealthy individuals and get the cue from them  ..but that is just my thought
