Hi, anyone out there have solid recommendations (or strong warnings) for Las Vegas property management companies?  

I infuriated my mother on a cruise ship once because she gave me a few hundred bucks to spend at the casino...I played two rounds of three-card, won, and walked away!

Hi,I live in Bay Area (East Bay) and have been thinking of buying a property either for primary residence or buy 1-2 investment properties in Orlando/Vegas.

Just curious whats going on in the Vegas market and how it's affecting wholesaling?

About 2 years ago I had a neighbor next door to one of my flips switch meters so he can run his a/c in Vegas all day.

market is calming down and that is a good thing in many areas.Like the average owner occ in vegas was having a real tough time buying a house getting beat out left and right by cash buyers etc etc.. so if sales slow a little the FHA buyer can jump in..

Goals:1)  Move back to Socal (Irvine area where I previously lived for 20 years, most recently Aliso Viejo where I bought a condo in 2011, 240K with VA loan, sold in 2014 for 295K), or San Diego, or Vegas, within 6 months to 2 years. 

If the reason they filed was medical bills (which is quite common) you are probably okay, if they filed because of their trip to Las Vegas and they lost too much money, maybe not okay.Every filing is different and you may want to look at the circumstances before you decide.
