Semi-Gloss on the doors and trim.

The corner trim wasnt even mudded.

They left me with all the doors, trim, cabinets and closets left to paint.

Many workers at this property were not properly skilled and I have paid to re-do work for trim, plumbing and electrical. 

I'd add another set of black shutters to the lower set of windows.Keep it to the 2 colors White and minimal black trim..It looks good.. 

Is your can light including housing, trim, junction box, conduits, wires, and light itself all for $35?

I have worked with my dad doing interior trim work and my passion for housing has risen from there. 

And he likes to barter dental work for other services (house painting, roof fixing, tree trimming, etc). 

This may be due to an outside faucet having a small drip as I doubt any tenant has ever considered tossing a cup of water on them.Their other benefit is that they are slow growing so even after all these years they do not require trimming back.Gail
