I'd add another set of black shutters to the lower set of windows.Keep it to the 2 colors White and minimal black trim..It looks good..

This may be due to an outside faucet having a small drip as I doubt any tenant has ever considered tossing a cup of water on them.Their other benefit is that they are slow growing so even after all these years they do not require trimming back.Gail
