I Try doing them all the same so touch ups are easy (don’t have to remember what one has what).

Using the same color makes it super easy to go back and touch up paint later or repaint a dirty wall without having to cut in.

Another oven tip: You can get new drip pans if needed at any tenant turn overs, and there is a white, black and almond epoxy appliance touch up for any chips or dents (in a nail polish like applicator).

I painted a light tan over a dark purple and it covered 99% in just one coat; I only had to do touch ups versus an entirely new coat.I have never tried Walmart paint however although I may try a gallon just to do a comparison.

I think that they will help make a difference.I do think that letting a pro go to town with a ton of touch ups on the pics create an artificial look.

Sink - wear and tear (stainless polish like ZEP or 3m and elbow grease, which should be part of a normal turn anyway).Garage door panels - wear and tear, cover them with pieces of same colored duck tape).Cat scratches - wear and tear, if they are real bad, use appliance touch up paint.Sink drain = misuse, I would charge 100% of cost to replace.

If you have a full time job strive to make more $ to invest in REI and get a deal by Q1 2020 maybe a BRRR wherein you only need to put minor touch up on the house.
