A Comply or Quit does what @Marcus Curtis is suggesting.I think the lesson learned is that you have to remember that you are dealing with teenagers, possibly in their first away-from-home living experience.  

I never planned on moving back, but the Cottonwood/Sedona/Verde Valley area is my old stomping grounds as a kid and teenager.

it is a rehab property that I bought to teach my teenage boys the process. 

Also this all hit brokers that were focused on running "sweat shops" where teenagers were running the office and the branch manager is the only one with the license.

I look forward to enjoying retirement with my family and children as they will be teenagers at that point.

I find it hilarious that these people who think it should be legally required for every pregnancy in this country to come to full term are the same ones that blame the teenage mothers for our economic problems (food stamps, welfare, etc).

Do well in school, work a teenager's job, and get yourself ready.

We have the board game & play with friends, our teenagers, or just me & my husband.

Why don't you keep doing what you are doing, but hire a teenager or a college student part time to go in and inspect each property after cleaning.
