I've actually been walking around the area and taking notice of a few properties that fit that criteria I kind of got cold feet when I was going to knock/ ring the doorbell.

Even for rent/sale listings in urban zips phone rings off the hook and even ppl go by knocking asking if the garage is for rent or rent-to-own and so on since would be perfect for 'GROW UP'.They are even blunt about how the biz is and will split generous profits.

I use it and when someone calls the number it rings to my cell phone and on the rare occasion I don't answer the caller gets my voicemail.I have used google voice for a while. 

My real estate agent works for Northwood and has offered these services for other investors, but he has told me that his phone rings like crazy when he is trying to lease something and its a lot of work for a small fee (in comparison to buying and selling house commissions).  

I'm sure I could change the cartridge and rings inside to fix, but I could also purchase a brand new faucet for under $50, too.

Not worth the price or service.They basically get their lists from ListSource and setup a Ring Central phone number for clients to call.

And for your toilet it most have a base plate so you just have to get a wax ring with the bolts an upper plate.
