I know some landlords are afraid of letting tenants know where they live.Both tenants and I enjoy the convenience of electronic payments, but paying by money order is a recognized legal method, though in this day and age, its outdated believe it or not, and is also inconvenient.I understand the horrors of mailing rent by mail.
