depends on the laws in your state. in some states there are laws regarding violent crimes and breaking leases. this doesn't sound like an occasion that would qualify for that.however if you read your lease close enough you'll find clauses about the landlords responsibilities in regards to keeping the place safe and if something else happens again due to the inaction of the landlord you would then have grounds to break.

Unless/until demand decreases -- as it has on a few occasions during economic downturns -- the property values are likely to stay very high.But, based on the limited supply and increasing demand, I think it would be incorrect to say the values are artificially high; I believe they can remain that high long-term based on the supply conditions.

I have admitted on several occasions that I am wrong about things and feel that it would be quite ridiculous of me to keep arguing when it is clear I am wrong.Do you feel like it is virtuous for people to admit when they are wrong or do you respect people that will argue until they are blue in the face even when the evidence clearly shows this is the case?

When there's a maintenance issue, that's usually a minimum of an hour or 90 minutes to be sure its not something simple and easily fixable (it usually is) and then to get someone out there on the rare occasions when its not.
