Yes, we have already seen and may see more price drops just like the rest of the country but in general, current prices are a reflection of what the market will bear out here.Now, I can't argue with you that things are overpriced (I also grew up in the Midwest) but it's all relative and a tradeoff that some of us choose to make.

It was thrown out before it grew legs, The judge apparently didn't agree with listing your phone number for a rental and then expecting people to "NOT" call.My case my be isolated, but thats my experience......I like Clint's idea a lot and I plan on doing that next go around.
