Derry Twp is very tight on STR and there’s quite a lot of money HERCO has spent to ensure they capture the seasonal tourists in their hotels and entertainment venues.

That's the equivalent of saying, "Hey, why does a promoter pay a celebrity 50k to come to a venue and do a show when the celebrity can just book the venue themselves and make 80k....Your analogies are terrible.....Lol...

I am new to real estate like you but have been investing in other venues for a while and one of the things I learned is that finding the right people to take care of your own stuff better than you can is hard to find.

And my experiences have all been lovely, sometimes, over the top magnificent.
