Updated some of the furniture and kitchen items.

Currently buying a duplex that needs a full gut and renovation including windows, roof, floors, hvac, plumbing, drywalling, kitchen, and bathrooms.  

New roof and basic upgrades to kitchens kept the existing tenants.

I remodeled her bathroom, upgraded her kitchen a little and added central air and other things.

You enter into the kitchen area with little space for your coat but that's expected at 550.sqft.

Don't redo the kitchen, maybe some paint and new hardware will suffice.

It's about 750 sq ft with no kitchen and I can't keep people away from it. 

Both times I bought and I did a refurb (nothing structural, just new kitchens, bathrooms, moved walls around).
