Imagine if you let all of the tenants store things in the laundry room.

I'd imagine they would need to hear directly from chase or amex or whatever cc is being used and have them say "yeah they're good for the purchase."

I know i'm late to this thread but imagine that a lot of you are still on the platform.

They mixed and poured the concrete themselves.

You have to get the foundation poured and be prepared for the delivery. 

If dealerships are interested in leasing to operate their business I imagine the leases are triple net?

However, I also have a few at the Jersey Shore where I imagine it would be similar to OCMD. 

I bought my first investment property in Cleveland just about a year ago... more specifically, in Clark-Fulton, which recently had and is still having money pouring in.

(I've written about the topic on the forums many times).I also have personal experience rehabbing properties with structural issues (unfortunately).I've bought and rehabbed properties in almost every condition imaginable, but I've never knowingly bought a property with significant structural issues--that's my one deal-breaker.

My tenant is cool and has taking care of the place better than I ever could have imagined and signed another lease.
