There's also quite a bit of crime in Baltimore (on an overnight I watched them fish a body out of the water!)...

If the benefit you're seeking is to be able to buy real estate with cash in next down turn to increase cash flow, to become less depended on other income(like a job), so you can spend time fishing in 7 years, then that's a path to more time fishing.

I think the locals on this thread can add more than me, but I'll say this, if you don't want to let them in on a fishing expedition you don't have to, you can tell them to get a warrant.

How much can they take and still keep their fish (you) on the hook?

All these changes may shrink the broker/agent market and force agents to either become elite or go fishing.
