If setbacks or other zoning issues arise, that will most likely require a zoning variance, that which requires a public hearing and city council approval typically.

The city council instituted a 9 month moratorium in order to conduct a study, and then issue new rules and regulations for STRs in Orleans parish.

During this time the city council is conducting a study on STRs and then will issue new rules and regulations regarding STRs.

Thank you sirah ha they want multi creditor agreements.. no they can ask for those for sure.. this is all a process of negotiation. if that's a deal killer then you have to move on to another bank.. and If your not versed at reading the mortgages and notes. you should have your own council review and advise there is a  lot of boiler plate and small print that many gloss over.
