It's another thing to plan it out with pencil and paper (or spreadsheets and apps) each month. 

I am able to access the mobile app but can’t open the website via PC.I keep getting this error - ‘this page failed to load’.

They were def slower for me too, but called me 3 days after I submitted the initial app (I did it twice actually).

The app kept crashing while i was trying to post so i wasn’t sure it was posting 🤦🏻♀️ Sorry for the duplicates!

It seems like BP iOS app needs some developer love:1) It's not optimized for iPhone X at all.

Designed specifically for renting so you can set rent amounts for all your properties, keep up with who's paid and who hasn't, and dispute rent (as well as home repairs and anything else) through the app as well.

If not, download the "meetup" app and search for some.

I suggest using our iOS/android app to update your profile picture. 

Having a GC picked out makes this process MUCH smoother because as soon as you are under contract, you can schedule a walk through with your GC and have your formal work bid in hand within a day or two, then your loan officer can prepare your loan app based on the formal work bid and proceed as normal.
