The US justice department has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the owner/landlord, alleging that at least 2 female tenants in past were subjected to "egregious sexual harassment and retaliation".

@Cameron BockI address these:. did not prep the job site for contractors - This isn't my responsibility.As Owner/Property Manager  - yes it is your responsibility  - ensuring someone moves cars, reviewing with GC prior to work starting what access points to the property are your responsibility.

That way when it's in front of a judge and you're alleging that the HML did a predatory loan to an owner occupant in violation of Dodd-Frank, it's your word versus what the HML has in writing - the HML will win that one.

I responded with my back info reiterating that I am not liable because the alleged damage is actually wear and tear.  137 days: LL emailed me with a final bill of $1231 ($81 dollars over the security deposit).
