I clearly stated that in my town the area by the tracks is not desirable and the trains do VIBRATE and shake houses close to the tracks...nothing stupid about that....just trying to inject some humor in my response and here NO ONE would buy or rent on the tracks !!! 

Remember, there are unscrupulous landlords as well as naughty tenants.Landlords often find themselves in serious hot water with tenants because they try to inject too much logic and common sense into tenant management.

To do that, drill into them and inject an appropriate herbicide in the hole to kill the roots.

If someone contributes, they get equity in exchange for the capital they injected.

 $13k is about what I injected for the repairs so I effectively received zero dollars and paid the entire years mortgage out of my operating account.

However, given the recent dip in the market and the looming IPOs that are set for 2019 and will inject billions into the Bay Area housing market, I see this as an opportunity.
