We've done at least 10 refi's in the 6-8 month range and we've used LimaOne, Finance of America, local banks and credit unions.

I spent the last 10 years investing in properties for my own use, vacation properties in California, Nevada, France, Portugal and South America.

As a result of the pandemic, my job in corporate america was recently eliminated. 

Right now I think there is too much smoke on the water to make any kind of meaningful projections.We have COVID, and the possibility of a worldwide recession (unrelated to the covid) looming out there.I think America will weather these problems much better than other countries, but as far as comparing one area to another right now, I think there are too many variables //risk//. 

I am seeing more and more pop up with a little separate income sweet already built in on the first floor that make a perfect little airbnb.When it comes to investor friendly lending, I would start with Troy Howell at Nova, Joe Massey at Castle and Cooke (I used him for both of my HH's) and Jessica Castillo at Bank of America (their grant program is excellent!).

My partner randomly mentioned something to me that caught my attention in regards to a loan program specifically offered through Bank Of America.
