I can’t speak on behalf of a short term rental, but for a straight rental, you’re probably better off filling it in IMO.I had a house with a pool in an c+ area and after considering it will probably just invite parties, etc. plus the liability I had it filled in.

You can find some value here in C-class properties since there are emerging B-class areas in these towns.

It's probably an upper C to lower-mid B class rental but I am trying to church it up some.

Hey @Donald Tsung - I would completely echo @Nick C. there are SO MANY VARIABLES that go into renovation costs even in the same area.
