Working with contractors can be extremely difficult as projects get delayed and there is poor communication(red flags were not present before project began).

It is extremely important that we get all claims submitted soon for investors.

Hi @Orane Jacobs MTR has potential almost anywhere in NJ and it has potential to get around the extreme laws of Irvington because of under 1 year occupancy.

However the negative reviews have been consistent for a few years, and still recently, so that is a concern.

I would also be concerned with land rent going up over time, and having no control over that.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

We do not have serious floods, tornados, heavy snow and rain, frequent major hailstorms, big earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions.

The two strategies you outlined are extremely helpful to consider..
