Wound you do a 30 year or shorter for something like this?

It so happens I wound up using my own money once again which if you read my other posts I dont believe anyone should use their own money.

I would like to wow him with my knowledge so that when we complete our first deal he will be excited and wound up to do the next deal with me.

I believe in karma and that kindness always wins...i know it is difficult sometimes because we get so wound up and upset due to stressful situations like this, even in my case, even when I thought by being overly cautious and nice would help the tenants take ownership and hold themselves accountable for what they did. 

I used Investor’s Bank and wound up with a 5.25% 7/12 rate (locked for 7yrs and callable in 12yrs).

I am licking my wounds but ready to get back on the horse, I am really hopefully I can learn lots more on bigger pockets and try make another go at this on my own.I am hoping to get some advice on how to get back started looking for SFH or duplex. 

Time heals all wounds and when you’re busy time does seem to fly...wish the best for you.

I licked my wounds and moved on to finish my person renovation and get that done all while unsuccessfully looking for another deal.

I never wound have thought to go that extra step.

He lost $1.5 Million of Opportunity Cost.He wound up moving to NJ to save money........... how Ironic.BTW, in 2004, I bought a 4 Family building in Brooklyn for $590k plus $250k for renovations.
