I think he has a point, but many workplaces are already starting to adopt more office time again.

You need to convey lease violations, in the same manner a boss would convey workplace violations, and in similar kind if those add up to say a 3-strikes your out, enforce. 

Do you have a proximity that you need to be from work, place of worship, school, or any other fixed location?
