I disagree that good agents wont want to work with you or that you need to commit, you just need to find the right investor focused agent who "gets it"

I say general because unless fraud is involved, the loan likely wont be called if you move out of the property in less than one year. 

Otherwise, if something horrible does happen, you just opened up a huge lawsuit that could destroy your life!

But its apparent now that the mutual release has somehow been delivered to the seller and if the dude wont sign nothing you can do about it..

But if you are doing AirBNB just make sure its in a seasoned market that wont have some random policy change that makes it to where you can not use the unit as a short term rental anymore.

for infill I concentrated on Charleston Sc and built about 35 homes in that market. uber competitive for dirt though they are running out of it and the city wont let you tear down homes in many cases because of historic considerations.

For the public unless you're attending EVERY planning commission and city council/county commissioner meeting you wont hear all of the back and forth.  

You fail to pay off the loan in 30 days and they start a foreclosure proceeding which destroys the previous owner's credit10.

And keep in mind private sellers and wholesalers dont help either when they wont entertain offers below ask either.

But a realtor will not know these underlying lots exist and for sure wholesalers wont have a clue.
