I'm meeting with a couple agents i was referred to through my network and am wondering what critical questions I should be asking them to understand if they are the right partners for me in this market, especially considering I will be managing this investment from the other side of the country, and what info I should be prepared to provide to them.

Hello,   I was wondering if anyone "accidentally" owned a rental property in an opportunity zone and was able to use the opportunity zone rules to your benefit.   

And we're talking sales MONTHS old.

In a dense area, such as in-town (city, dense suburb, etc) you should be able to find sales within a half mile. 

I wonder if anyone else has heard about this lawsuit. are Sub To creative finance deals highly illegal or litigable in the multifamily space?

Was wondering about starting in the Mid-Term rental area rather than STR.

The sale of $1m is not nearly enough to interrupt the market, particularly over a couple of weeks.

It is very simple and cheaper to set up the LLC in NJ vs NY ($50 vs $200 when going on the state website) what is still an open question is I also need an operating agreement for the LLC once set up, wondering if that is also free as part of just getting the LLC set up on the state website or if I need to use a lawyer or a legalzoom type of service to do that.
