Put the same capital in say a good spring branch area and you'll have considerably higher profit % and $ wise.

😆 I think it would be wise not to bombard them with an offer to buy, but rather to put the thought in their mind that we are interested in buying something, and how convenient would it be to not have to find new tenants?

Budget wise I would like to stay below $220,000 for the house.
