Then you can take that cash and buy quality real estate, accumulate the cash flow and grow your portfolio-wide before you grow it deep - meaning paying off loans.

@Shaheen AhmedI don't know the Ohio markets as well as I know Pennsylvania but (1) taxes can vary widely among counties, cities, municipalities, etc. and (2) the problem right now is that interest rates are so high (although taxes and insurance increasing certainly doesn't help.)What are you trying to accomplish?

It's saying a country "can't" exist without wide open borders and rampant exploitation of people.
