I am in a group that has a passive investing club and when they have a webinar the people who run the group are very experienced and will call out BS or tell people they should question whether someone can buy a class A at 6 cap and think in 24 months and put lipstick on a pig its a 4 cap.

I just watched an advertisement online for an upcoming free webinar.

My local RE group is looking at having a webinar with people involved in those businesses to share their experience and that it's not as easy the social media gurus say it is If you haven't already joined a local meet up group, I'd recommend that to help you narrow down your strategy and market. 

Appreciative to the BP Community and knowledge learned from forums and blogs as well as Podcasts and webinars.  

Be sure to read through the forums, attend webinars, and begin learning how to analyze deals.
