You bought a very cheap(undesirable) property in a cheap(undesirable) neighborhood.

As a business owner, and competing in the same space, you may view this as an opportunity to drag a competitor through the mud. 

We basically build our foundations on mud and clay here so movement is inevitable. 

Am against ELOC variable rate for longer duration loans, but your current rates would make a refi undesirable.

Your marketing should filter out the prospects you consider undesirable so you only deal with the ones who won't offend your sensibilities.B.

If you want to invest in multifamily in South Florida, cash flow will be hard to come on the MLS unless you are investing in very undesirable neighborhoods.

Spring/mud and after foliage/brown are your low.
