I thought I'd see what my BP community has to say as I am quite undecided - so here goes.

I'm still undecided.  

I am undecided as to how to best leverage the $45,000.One scenario - use private money (12-18 months) instead of using $45,000 to purchase my parents townhouse currently worth $190k, I would offer them $140,000 and while I wont make any money with my parents living in the house, the equity will give me the opportunity to withdraw funds in the next 12 months.

I'm currently undecided on the best route that I should utilize to purchase property number two because there are so many appealing options.

I decided to write a review since a lot of people are undecided on it, curious to wether its worth it or is one big scam.

We would like to purchase a property in Illinois (where we currently live) to either flip or buy & hold--undecided at this time.

Hartsel/South Park: This is an awesome market for land and I'm looking into going after larger parcels here but undecided as I can only do so much!

Obviously you have a idea as to what you want us to say to reinforce your decision.If you truly are undecided  flip a coin and choose between #2 and #3.

Money for rent could be used for other things while the credit card balance ticks higher and then they end up in a crisis.So I am undecided.

I have not done any deals as of yet, but I want to specialize in commercial real estate, either apartment complexes or mobile homes (still undecided).
