Start with small goals, and soon enough, you'll find yourself turning away business.

Start by researching different types of properties, such as residential, commercial, or rental investments, to determine which aligns best with your goals.Building a strong network is also crucial.

Spend a little more money than you might have been planning to, buy in a better area (i.e. not a “turn key” 100k house off the mls), and self manage.

I would say the real estate market in Florida is Risky.4 - If you follow the navigation and growth trends you might be able to get ahead of the next opportunity wave.
