If you're anything like me, customer service is the main draw for me when I am choosing any service provider.Look at websites, reviews and testimonials.

I would go ahead and buy his training, rather than ask questions here, if I was hyped up and looking to sign up with the program.

I'd be willing to bet that there are plenty of small time developers in your market who would be happy to trade knowledge, experience and equity for your experience and services. 

Or providing substantial services in conjunction with rental activities can subject to SE tax (hotel like services...room service, daily cleaning, meals, free shuttles etc).Being a REP just defaults the classification of the rentals from passive to non-passive. 

People in my area live right next to train tracks and there are loud trains shaking the place at all hours.

As a fellow West Aussie who's now living in the US, I can tell you this forum and most of the training/courses you'll see online regarding multifamily investment isn't relevant/applicable in Australia.
