I’m planning to do this for 3 multifamily properties all located in MA, each ranging from 2 to 4 units.

Property is on an acre lot so units are separated and very private making it a great house hack.Located next to Benderson Park which makes it a great location for STRing the guest house.

I only have one STR I mostly do LTR but I know location and amenities are king.

As of now, I want to focus on distressed properties needing light upgrades to ensure the ARV justifies the rehab costs, or I’ll consider a turnkey property if it’s in a good location.
