@David Switzer, while I am 100% for staging residential properties and I completely understand your thought process here, the challenge is knowing what use you will be putting in your commercial space.

Any advice or thoughts are appreciated.  

Welcome to the forums, this is so great I see questions about design all the time and I've personally experienced the design paralysis myself.

This is a reason why I've been hesitant talking about this until after the election.

I created lists, searched virtual markets and was able to skip trace all of these for free...or so I thought.

It's funny, that's all I was thinking about every time they brought up "securing my spot" for $1,000.00 down...."

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

With the headline of your post like that, I thought you already had the answers.
