I feel really bad for the service workers, my housekeepers, massage therapists, etc. who are taking a huge hit thanks to Gov.

Another market to plug into are traveling healthcare workers (nurses, physical therapists, physicians assistants, etc) www.furnishedfinder.com - they rent shorter term than a long term tenants but longer than VRBO & Airbnb. 

@Shiloh Lundahl A bit about me--I am a physical therapist and I own one rental property which is why I made a BP account but rarely have much to contribute so I don't ever post until I saw this thread.

My point was simply that businesses like bars, nail shops, massage therapists and similar have been forced to close.

I am a travel Physical Therapist Assistant by trade and make great money BUT i get paid way more in my check “PER DIEM” than hourly pay because it is tax free.

She hides the dog in the house, a therapist calls me, I speak to her and inform her I need documentation for the dog, I also inform her that the dog looks neglected, is unsupervised, causing damage to the property and creating conflict with the existing tenants in the triplex, she ignores me and a letter on community health department letterhead shows up claiming the mutt is an emotional support animal.   

I have 21 parking spaces for a small office building 2700 sq ft that I lease the therapists.
