For this area, there are some with moderate condo fees ($50-$200/month) that cover garbage, water, landscaping, pool/tennis courts (if there is one).

I have always thought of myself as entrepreneurial, starting multiple businesses during college and after college an indoor tennis complex and fitness center.

Just Do It" is excellent advice if you're buying a pair of tennis shoes, but terrible advice if you're starting a business (and operating rental properties IS a business).

This obviously requires people willing to donate (and that pay taxes if you are motivating them with deductions) It's going to take a lot to get that message out there but if you are championing the revival and it looks like there could be something to your dream they can help.

Luckily I was able to get it discharged yesterday.A friend of mine called me with the same problem with an old Champion mortgage (now defunct) lien that's holding up his closing.

I certainly don't need a program to tell me what the rental market is and what is customary in Springfield, Mo. or in SW Missouri for that matter.Now, if I were selling tennis shoes, that would be different.And, for the small investor, there's a bit of common sense to be used.
