Luckily I was able to get it discharged yesterday.A friend of mine called me with the same problem with an old Champion mortgage (now defunct) lien that's holding up his closing.

I certainly don't need a program to tell me what the rental market is and what is customary in Springfield, Mo. or in SW Missouri for that matter.Now, if I were selling tennis shoes, that would be different.And, for the small investor, there's a bit of common sense to be used.
