I want simple - quick picture as soon as I leave the store, so I don't have to track expenses.  

Basically a way to transact and store value without any middlemen (banks, governments, etc).

But falling 10/20/30 bond yields don't translate into rising CRE values as down GDP means more store closings, lower NOI, lower office rents/industrial etc, etc.  

The next RE play is going to be building ammo stores on the interstate and state lines between CA and NV and Oregon and WA and ID..

But it could also be a coffee shop or an etsy store and the cash flow goes into real estate.

I paid off 19 units last year - 17 apts, a store and a house.

I saw this originally at a hardware store.

I mean, before reading that I was just planning to run to the grocery store for each item.

Although the Burnt Store areas are seeing somewhat sustainable demand for owner-occupied properties, we're currently still not seeing enough support for activities that would draw tourism into that area.
