This is primarily what makes their work product substantially lacking in correct English grammar, legal protections, timely professionalism and many other ways any Securities Attorney will point out to investors.

I am here to learn more about my own personal investments as well as seeking out learning opportunities from like-minded individuals.

The idea is to convert a multi-family building into condos; but not in the traditional sense where you separate pre-existing apartments into their own condos; but in a way where you combine the common areas of all of the apartments in that whole building, and turn the individual rooms within those apartments into condos themselves; thus transforming the hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, porches, balconies into common areas of the condos. 

In some cases, after crunching the numbers, the profit margin was so slim—or even negative—that I had to pass on some promising opportunities.Here’s my situation: I currently own two properties—a primary residence and a rental property—both of which have substantial equity.
