Whenever someone contradicts themselves in the first 30 seconds of a video, it makes me question everything they say after that. 

He knows his stuff and is really good at making IG videos: his brand is a very clever mix of being super humble, telling everyone profits are less than you think and then flashing some fat $$ he made by selling to his investors.

What we do is ask them to submit a work order immediately so we can review the requests.

Holy cow, don't you have a contract that specifies when and how much draws are to be submitted and paid? 

Tax shelter schemes, partnerships with foreign partners and accounts, partnerships with hundreds of members, returns with blatant mistakes, entities in questionable businesses, like gambling, drugs, online video sales, escort services.

BUT WAIT, there's more:  Then when I hit submit, I got a message "your payment method has been removed successfully.

You can pay for expediting for plan reviews and the best way to "expedite" beyond that is to make sure that your engineer / consultants are submitting complete packages each review cycle.
