Hey @Kris Villasenor, Most of the deals that you are getting are probably from daisy chain wholesalers who are not direct to sellers on their deals, but I completely agree with most points being made in this thread. 95% percent of wholesalers don't really know how to run numbers.I flipped properties before stumbling upon wholesaling, so I have a clear understanding of how to properly run numbers for a flip.

I am seeking multifamily properties and have already stumbled upon a couple of them.
